| Shipping factory direct can sometimes provide our customers potential freight savings for larger, more expensive items such as slatwall panels, gridwall panels, garment racks, display cases, and metal shelving gondolas. These potential freight savings exist because we do not have the expense of shipping products into our inventory, and then shipping a second time to the customer. Factory direct shipments may sometimes require order minimums, or full carton ordering, and may not be available for all items, such as smaller items with little benefit for direct shipments.
